Store Management Description

The TSLLC Ice Cream Manager will be someone who is extremely passionate about customer

satisfaction and establishing a professional relationship with all employees. The manger will be able to

think quickly and efficiently with strong work ethic and leadership skills. Our Ice Cream Manager will be

very knowledgeable of the operational logistics of the company and very innovative at implementation.

He or she will also be an experienced leader who understands the overall importance of safety and health

regulations and standards within the restaurant industry.

The store manager will be responsible for but will not be limited to the following duties; maintain proper

health and safety regulations, identify and delegate responsibilities to the team to ensure objectives

are met and excellent service consistently achieved, provide coaching and feedback to staff, assess

performance on an ongoing basis, consistently monitor product and waste costs to remain within goals,

create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff understands

their needs and exceed expectations; distribute guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of

customers and employees, maintain and process inventory and supplies, handle operational procedures and be

knowledgeable about the POS System.

The store manager will be required to have the following minimum qualifications but not limited to;

twenty-five years of age, prior restaurant management experience, reliable transportation, be able to lift

30 pounds, flexible availability (day and night), be able to receive direction and delegate tasks, be able to

conduct opening and closing procedures.

 

Store Assistant Management Description

The TSLLC Assistant Ice Cream Manager will responsible for the day to day operations in the absence of

the Store Manager. The ice cream assistant manager will be mainly focused on product quality and

service execution but will also be responsible for establishing goals and completing tasks designated by

the store manager. This includes being accountable for the daily staffing and general administrative duties

as well as providing leadership in the area of customer service. They will also have experience in

leadership and understand the overall importance of safety and health regulations and standards within the

restaurant industry.

The assistant store manager will be responsible for but will not be limited to the following duties;

maintain and process inventory and supplies, address all staffing concerns with the store manager,

preparation of all premium products, replenishing paper supplies, being a liaison between staff and

management, handle operational deposits and be knowledgeable about the POS System.

The assistant store manager will be required to have the following minimum qualifications but not limited

to twenty-five years of age, prior restaurant experience, reliable transportation, be able to lift 30 pounds,

flexible availability (day and night), be able to receive direction and delegate tasks, be able to conduct

opening and closing procedures.

Store Shift Leader Description - Team Lead

The TSLLC Shift Leaders will provide assistance with the opening and closing procedures and shift

changes. They will ultimately be in charge of conducting daily operations and executing the work

schedule with all employees and shift leaders while interfacing with management to display outstanding customer

service. The Shift Leaders will have to be knowledgeable of all food and handling procedures and

communicate effectively to ensure that all task are completed prior to departure. They will also be in

charge of ensuring that ongoing training is conducted efficiently for each employee. The shift leaders will be required to have the following minimum qualifications but not limited to eighteen years of age, reliable transportation, be able to light 30 pounds, flexible availability (day and night), be able to receive direction and delegate tasks, be able to conduct opening and closing procedures.

Store Team Member Description – Employee

The TSLLC team members will ultimately be responsible for executing product and service sales while

facilitating customer satisfaction. This position will require someone very efficient, outgoing and

expeditious. They will have to be knowledgeable of all food and handling procedures and be able to

complete actions and push products on a timely basis. All team members will have to have flexible

availability (day and night) and be able to receive direction from all functional peers; including the current

team leads and management. The employees will be required to have the following minimum qualifications but not limited to eighteen years of age, reliable transportation, flexible availability (day and night), be able to receive direction and delegate tasks, be able to conduct opening and closing procedures.
